Whether you are interested in conventional LASIK, Custom LASIK, or IntraLASIK or are in need of cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, vision restoration for aging eyes, or other treatments, we provide high-quality patient attention before, during, and after your appointment. Scheduling an Office Appointment
All vision correction appointments at our practice are scheduled through our main clinic office at (701) 255-4673, or toll-free 1 (800) 472-2620. Our friendly and knowledgeable scheduling staff can help you schedule an appropriate time to meet with one of our ophthalmologists and answer any questions or concerns you may have. They will need to know the nature of your medical eye problem, as well as other information such as your telephone number, address, social security number, and insurance information. If you were referred to us by another doctor or medical professional, you will be asked to provide us with his or her information at the time you schedule your appointment.

Financing Your Vision Correction Procedure
At The Eye Clinic of North Dakota, our primary concern is for the health of your eyes. Therefore, we strive to make our vision correction treatments affordable to our patients. Our fees for services are billed on a monthly basis through our billing office. For any billing or insurance questions, please call (701) 255-7775 or toll-free at 1 (800) 472-2620.
During your initial visit to our clinic, we ask that you please bring your insurance information with you. If you have health insurance that covers all or part of the cost of your vision correction treatment, we will file a claim directly to your insurance company. We accept assignment from Medicare and BlueCross BlueShieldSM of North Dakota. Patients are responsible for the deductible, co-payment, and service fees that are not covered by insurance. Patients who are members of a managed care health plan are responsible for bringing all the necessary referral forms during their scheduled appointment. Co-payments are collected upon check-in.
For all surgical claims, our office will file the claim with your insurance carrier. We must receive the proper mailing address and policy information from patients in order to submit these claims correctly.
